And the IPL6 ends here...

Hello readers,

IPL 6 ended yesterday with Mumbai Indians taking trophy home. This season experienced  many ups and downs. My Delhi daredevils ended last but no worries as my rival team Kolkata Knight riders too couldn't do much great and ended on 7th spot. Amid all ups and downs the hottest news that came forward is of spot fixing. Though there were speculations that the final match would not take place but it did took place in Kolkata. For me IPL 6 ended on the day when Delhi Daredevils had their last match against Pune Warriors. There are so many things that I would like to share about this season which I felt and noticed.

The ZooZoo show
The much famous zoozoos of the vodafone advertisement were hard for me understand  without the last message pop up this season. Earlier they were quite funny and interesting and did not require the viewer to go into the depth to understand it. Also the advertisements were not up to the mark and were very disappointing for me. I would say the zoozoo show was a flop show this time.

KKR special
I wonder why is so much importance given to this team, Just because SRK is the owner? Well this is the reason why I hate this team and really enjoys a lot when they lose. The fans were really disappointed but for me they balanced Delhi Daredevil's loss. The best part of this team is that when the players become a member of KKR their game starts deteriorating. For instance, Yusuf Pathan. When he was in Rajasthan Royals he played an outstanding game but upon entering KKR he didn't contributed much. Same is the case with several other players.

Delhi Daredevil's disappointing performance
Being a die-hard supporter of DD I supported it in good as well as bad times. At the beginning of every game I tweeted to buck up my team but their show wasn't great. I would like to mention some key players who really played well. Thank you David Warner, Mahela Jaywardene. Though Viru wasn't in form but I loved the way he scored against Mumbai Indians 95*. Hopefully the performance will improve next season and we will surely win.

Spot Fixing
Ahhhhh..... the spicy and hottest news of IPL 6 is of spot fixing. Frankly it was  not at all surprising for me when I came to know that certain matches of this season were fixed and 3 key players of Rajasthan Royal were arrested for the same. I feel IPL has always been fixed. So it wasn't a surprise for me. The way final match of this season was played it clearly depicts that it was all fixed. IPL is a money game.

2014 January Auction
For me all hopes and expectations is relied on the next year's auction. I wish DD makes a better selection next time. Key players like Nehra and Agarkar shall retire. So all my eyes on the next auction.

Special Mention
Rahul Dravid deserves a special mention. I have actually become a great fan of him after this season. His pressure handling abilities, teamwork and leadership capabilities deserves a special mention. Hats off!!!

Though the interest of people of gradually declined over the seasons but certain incidents do keep the IPL in news.

Thank you....

Delhi: the rape capital or India: the hub of rapes

Hello readers,
The issue of rape is something which is being heard and talked everywhere. The recent rape of the five year old left me in a shocking and astonished state. The brutalities faced by the little girl made me numb. It's not about this little girl but its about girl of every age, regardless of caste, colour, religion and nationality. It's also not about Delhi it's about India. This heinous crime is committed every minute in India by the fearless, mentally sick bastards.
This has already resulted into a huge agitation among the people. The protest held at India gate earlier and the expression of rage and anger in front of the houses of ministers has been carried out several times but it has all gone in vain. How does the govt responds to this?
Govt asks to shut down the metro stations. That's it. God knows when will the situation in the country will improve. The behaviour of the cops in just filing the FIR is awful. When they cant respect the women of the country how will they provide the security to them.
Social networking sites like Facebook and quora etc are doing great jobs by generating awareness among the masses of how to deal with the situations when caught in one of them. However, is this all sufficient to make our country free from this heinous crime? After every rape that gets some highlights there is protest and every news channel shows it for 2-3 days but then everyone forgets. Our memories are very weak. We forget very fast.
I strongly feel that their is a need to change the mindsets of psychic minds. Capital punishment is not at all the solution to the problem. The punishment should be so severe that a person thinks infinite times before committing this crime. Why is our law system so slow?? What's the use of getting punishments 15-20 years after the crime. That won't be called justice as" Justice delayed is justice denied". The punishment should be given off by the victim herself. Otherwise the punishment should be left on the angry mob. The rapists are not humans and they do not deserve a normal life. They don't deserve to get punished by the law system. They must be treated in a way that they haven't thought of earlier.
Pepper spray should be distributed freely in schools, colleges and offices. Other safety measures must be developed and each lady in urban or rural area must be provided with its access. Sex education should be compulsory in the school. Awareness programs should be a regular routine especially at primary level.
The rage and anger among the people today has crossed all the levels. The govt should beware that if they don't take any action people won't fear in breaking the laws whatever it takes in return..

IPL6

Hello readers,
IPL 6 is back. The opening ceremony was good but it could not captivate the audience like me to watch it till the end. Anyways Srk tried hard to make it a success. My team Delhi has already played 2 matches but lost both. :(:(. Whereas certain teams have not even had their debut matches of this season. This injustice is always done with DD. May be to make them tired.
I am excited for the IPL as always supporting my team Delhi Daredevils. Unfortunately the team has not played well till now but this has not let down the spirits of Delhi's fan. Delhi is missing it's key players. Most importantly Virendra Sehwag. KP and Ryder are equally missed.
Though it may sound funny but It's true that Delhi is an honest team. It's the only team which is not supported by any Bollywood celebrity. Also the schedule of matches is made haphazardly with DD's match back to back. Anyways the team will still come up with flying colors.
Among the rest of the teams my rival KKR won the first match against Delhi. It was very disappointing. I don't understand why bongs get happy on the victory of KKR when not even a single player is Bengali. Srk has already betrayed Saurav Ganguly a.k.a dada and thus the players should never trust him. How can one forget Srk's show in which he interviewed the cheer girls. He even ditched them by not taking them to South Africa for IPL2. The victory made by his team in the previous tournament was the result of match fixing in order to gain the confidence of bengali's back. He has been quite successful in doing that. Well he is not going to win this time. KK(haaaaaa)R
At the end I would like to wish all the best to all the teams and specially to Delhi Daredevils.
Go Delhi daredevils Go
Go apne munde!!!!!!!
Aao khele front foot pe.......
Grab the cup!!!!!!!

Thank you
